Thank you for shopping with Shell & Bloom Designs! Each piece of artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at your home.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the United States.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, although carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

Original artwork is shipped unframed, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shellandbloomdesigns@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged artwork
Photos of the shipping box and packaging

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
